By creating an account with Myopengrid, you accept and respect all the conditions outlined below:

Your account name must not be misleading, offensive, or infringing.

It is your responsibility to keep your account information secure.

Your information will not be used or given to third parties.

Should you use any software to transfer assets into MyOpenGrid, be sure you have full permission to make the transfer. Please be aware that ''full perm'' items are not necessarily granted permission to transfer to other grids. Make every effort to ensure you have the proper rights to do so.

If we are made aware of residents using any copying devices such as copybots (or other software with this capability) including the opensim software itself to copy items or change the item permissions without authorization, we will practice our right to terminate your account and purge your assets.

You agree to use MyOpenGrid as provided, without unauthorized software or other means of access.

MyOpenGrid will have no liability in connection with the legal consequences of any actions or failures to act on your part while using the Service. This includes anything having to do with your assets in our database.

All of the assets in your inventory are considered yours. If you are the creator you can sell, export or delete your items as well. MyOpenGrid retains control of the account and related data, regardless of intellectual property rights you may have in content you create or otherwise own.

MyOpenGrid is an adult community, but mature material is not necessarily appropriate in all areas. Unless otherwise noted keep content PG-13. MyOpenGrid cannot absolutely control whether minors or adults gain unauthorized access to the Service.

MyOpenGrid is a service provider and does not control various aspects of the Service.

Our residents interact online regarding topics and content chosen by them, and they can alter the environment on a real-time basis. MyOpenGrid does not regulate the content of communications between our residents so; MyOpenGrid has very limited control over the behavior, safety, morality, and truthfulness of all residents using the Service. Treat each other with respect and without harassment, foul language, racist terms, angry speech, and refrain from any malicious activity. Such things will not be tolerated by MyOpenGrid.

Myopengrid uses the OpenSim Software that is currently in Alpha stage of development. There are no assurances of stability or that your assets will be at some point be purged. We will however do our best to avoid these circumstances.

By creating an account with MyOpenGrid, you will have access to use the software and the rest of the service during the time you are in full compliance with the Terms of Service. You acknowledge that your participation in the Service, including your creations or uploading of Content in the Service, does not make you a MyOpenGrid employee and that you do not expect to be, and will not be, compensated by MyOpenGrid for such activities.

You agree that MyOpenGrid will not be liable for any interruption of the service and you shall not be entitled to any refunds of fees for interruption of service or failure to perform. MyOpenGrid has the right to alter any aspect of the service as it sees fit.

Without a written license agreement MyOpenGrid does not authorize you to make any use of its trademarks or logos.

The Terms of Service will be revisited and revised periodically and can change at anytime without notice.
